Captain’s log. 1 April 2025. Regular readers of our Blog will know that normally posts are for Fridays. However, today is an important day in the flight of the Heythrop Library’s workship: 1. Our place of workship is gaining a new first officer, Sophia. 2. The charity funding all our work (and I mean all our work) is changing it’s name: from SOCIETY OF JESUS TRUST OF 1929 FOR ROMAN CATHOLIC PURPOSES to the definitely shorter: Jesuits in Britain CIO (1207742). In the previous log, I mentioned our temporary first officer, Julian. He will help us with training Sophia, and getting her through the first few days. P.S. The image is the box with the last barcode from the original batch we got from Deepstore; this means we have gone beyond the first 50 new boxes added to this offsite store location in Winsford, Cheshire, since starting our storage journey there in August 2023.
