History
The Heythrop Library dates back to 1614 when the Jesuits founded their college in Leuven dedicated to the education of future Jesuit priests preparing for work in what was then the English mission.
Visiting and facilities
The Heythrop Library’s reading room is located on the basement level of the London Jesuit Centre, Mayfair. The reading room contains around 25 seats, including desks, sofas, and 4 computers.
